Section 1

Introduction

Welcome to wwbola. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and wwbola ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the wwbola website located at wwbola.click and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, virtual sports, and any related promotional activities.

wwbola is an online betting and gaming platform designed and operated for the Malaysian market. All services are provided in English, with support also available in Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin. All financial transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified.

By creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any betting or gaming activity on the wwbola platform, you expressly confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You understand that gambling carries financial risk and that past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the wwbola platform and close your account if one has been created.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on wwbola, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. wwbola reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or close accounts found to be in breach of these requirements.

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your membership. wwbola strictly enforces a 21+ policy consistent with internationally recognised standards for online gambling operators. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all funds forfeited, and the incident reported to relevant authorities where required.
• Personal Capacity: You must be registering as an individual acting in your personal capacity. Corporate or business entities may not hold player accounts.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by name, device, IP address, payment method, or any other identifier — constitute a violation of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds in all associated accounts.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, officer, or director of wwbola or any related entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• Valid Identity: You must be able to provide valid, government-issued identification documents when requested as part of the KYC process.
• Jurisdiction: You confirm that your participation in online betting and gaming activities is lawful under the laws applicable to your place of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of using the Platform in your jurisdiction.

Section 4

Account Registration

To access the real-money betting and gaming services on wwbola, you are required to complete the account registration process. By submitting a registration application, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, current, and not misleading.

During registration, you will be required to provide at minimum: a valid username, a password, a functional email address, your full legal name as it appears on your identification documents, your date of birth, and a valid contact number.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. wwbola will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login information. You must notify wwbola immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

wwbola reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including during registration, prior to any withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. Failure to complete KYC to wwbola's satisfaction may result in account suspension or the withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

Accepted KYC documents include, but are not limited to: Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), valid passport, and proof of address documents no older than three (3) months. Documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered.

Section 5

Terms of Use

By using the wwbola Platform, you agree to the following conditions of use, which apply at all times throughout your membership:

• You will use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.
• You will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
• You will not attempt to access areas of the Platform that are not publicly accessible or interfere with the Platform's infrastructure, security, or operation.
• You will not use automated tools, scripts, bots, crawlers, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the Platform in any manner.
• You will not engage in collusion, match fixing, arbitrage betting, or any other activity designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• You acknowledge that decisions made by wwbola on game outcomes, bet settlements, and account actions are final subject to a formal dispute procedure as outlined in these Terms.
• You accept that the Platform may experience technical interruptions and that wwbola will not be liable for losses attributable to system downtime beyond its reasonable control.

wwbola operates a zero-tolerance policy against abuse, harassment, or threatening communications directed at our support staff or other Members. Any such conduct will result in immediate account termination without refund.

Section 6

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the wwbola Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability and any applicable transaction limits:

Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds into the account or a verified method on file. wwbola reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of standard processing hours may experience slight delays.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML): wwbola is committed to preventing financial crime. All deposits and withdrawal patterns are monitored. In cases of suspected fraudulent, suspicious, or unusual financial activity, wwbola reserves the right to freeze account funds and report the matter to relevant financial intelligence authorities, without prior notice to the Member.

No Third-Party Payments: Deposits must be made from accounts held in the Member's own name. Payments received from third-party sources will be returned and may trigger a formal investigation. wwbola will not be liable for any losses incurred during such investigative holds.

Section 7

Bonuses & Promotions

wwbola offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Members, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP-tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific conditions published with each individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier will be stated in each promotion's specific terms (commonly expressed as X10, X15, or X20).
• Maximum Stake During Bonus: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum stake per bet is typically capped at MYR 300 unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit during bonus play may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute 10–20%. Virtual sports contributions may vary. Specific rates are published within each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have a validity period, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days from the date of activation. Bonuses not fully rolled over within the validity window will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some promotional bonuses carry a maximum cash-out limit on winnings derived from bonus funds. Where applicable, this limit will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• One Bonus Per Transaction: Only one bonus may be active at any time unless otherwise stated. Attempting to activate multiple simultaneous bonuses constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Abuse Prevention: wwbola reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus funds and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has abused or attempted to abuse any promotional offer. This includes but is not limited to systematic low-risk wagering designed to extract bonus funds without genuine play intent.

wwbola reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without notice. Players are advised to review promotion terms at the time of claiming, as terms may vary between promotional periods.

Section 8

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activity conducted on the wwbola Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted subject to the Platform's current odds and terms at the time of placement. wwbola reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, particularly where pricing errors, data corruption, or suspected abuse is identified.
• Void Markets: Bets placed on markets that are subsequently voided — due to event cancellation, postponement beyond 48 hours, or other qualifying circumstances — will have stakes returned to the Member's account balance.
• Live (In-Play) Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time data availability and system integrity. In the event of a communication or data failure during live event processing, wwbola reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes at its discretion.
• Settlement: Bets will be settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant sporting authority or data provider. In cases of dispute, the result as confirmed by the primary governing body of the sport will be used for settlement.
• Obvious Errors: Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — caused by pricing error, technical fault, or data corruption — may be voided by wwbola regardless of whether they have been confirmed or partially settled. wwbola's determination of what constitutes an obvious error is final in this context.
• Maximum Winnings: wwbola may apply a maximum single-event payout limit. Where applicable, these limits will be published within the relevant sports or game category. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be paid at the maximum capped amount.

Specific game rules for live casino titles, slot games, and virtual sports are published within each respective game's interface and constitute part of these Terms by reference.

Section 9

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wwbola Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts or assisting others in circumventing the single-account policy;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods to fund an account;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, syndicated betting, or match-fixing activity;
• Using or attempting to use software exploits, bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Deploying automated betting tools, macros, or bots of any kind;
• Conducting any transaction or activity suspected of constituting money laundering, fraud, or financial crime;
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or modify any part of the Platform's source code or underlying systems;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wwbola staff members or other platform users;
• Circumventing self-exclusion measures by registering under a different identity;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or any systematic strategy designed to extract guaranteed profits without genuine wagering risk;
• Participating in any activity that wwbola reasonably determines to be detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or its users.

Section 10

Responsible Gambling

wwbola is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe, sustainable environment for all Members. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

wwbola provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Members:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within their account dashboard. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure maximum session duration reminders and automatic session termination timers.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period (typically 24 hours to 6 months) during which login access is restricted.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request a full self-exclusion for a minimum period of six (6) months. During self-exclusion, the Member's account is closed and they are blocked from re-registering. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying session duration and net gaming activity to support informed decision-making.

Members are also reminded that wwbola strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement; no exceptions are made.

Section 11

Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, trademarks, logos, software, databases, and other intellectual property available on the wwbola Platform are owned by or licensed to wwbola and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of intellectual property rights to the Member.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes as permitted under these Terms. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of Platform content without prior written consent from wwbola is strictly prohibited.

Section 12

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wwbola shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from betting or gaming activity, including lost wagers;
• Platform downtime, technical interruptions, or data transmission failures beyond our reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security;
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate;
• Third-party service failures, including payment processing delays caused by banking or e-wallet providers.

In no event shall wwbola's total aggregate liability to any Member exceed the total amount of real money funds held in that Member's account at the time the liability arises.

Section 13

Termination

By the Member: You may close your wwbola account at any time by contacting customer support via Live Chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and provided no funds are subject to active withdrawal holds.

By wwbola: wwbola reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Member has breached any provision of these Terms; where fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected; or where continued account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or compliance obligations. In cases of legitimate account closure by wwbola due to Platform policy changes unrelated to Member misconduct, any remaining real-money balance will be returned.

In cases of account closure due to breach of these Terms, wwbola reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including real-money deposits, in line with anti-fraud and AML obligations.

Section 14

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which wwbola operates its international gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support and complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable dispute resolution body.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence where such laws cannot be lawfully excluded by contract.

Amendments

wwbola reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active Members via email or an on-platform notification. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the wwbola Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
